When you call AlignWithAI™, you may interact with Roxie, our AI voice receptionist. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, service improvement, and legal compliance. You will be notified at the start of any recorded call and given the opportunity to consent. If you do not consent, you may end the call and contact us via alternative channels.

3. SMS Text Messaging — Consent, A2P Compliance, and Your Rights
This section describes our practices regarding SMS text messaging. AlignWithAI™ uses Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging that complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA industry guidelines, and applicable state laws.
3.1 Types of Messages We Send

● Conversational messages: replies to inquiries and ongoing customer service communications

3.2 Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, our AI voice receptionist, our appointment booking system, or a signed form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from AlignWithAI™ at the number you provided. Consent for SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
3.3 Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message. To resubscribe, reply START. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information in Section 14.
3.4 Data Sharing for SMS Delivery
To deliver SMS messages, we share your phone number with our SMS service providers (currently Twilio and GoHighLevel 365) and telecommunications carriers. These providers are contractually bound to use your information only for message delivery and related compliance purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS content with third-party marketers.

We maintain records of your consent to receive SMS communications for at least four (4) years, in compliance with TCPA and CTIA requirements. You may request a copy of your consent record by contacting us.
4. Email Communications
We send email communications for both transactional and marketing purposes. Transactional emails (appointment confirmations, receipts, service updates) are essential to our services and cannot be opted out of while you remain a client. Marketing emails require your opt-in consent, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect delivery of transactional emails. Our email practices comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
